To keep ratings trustworthy, you must verify your email before rating or reviewing a business.
Respectful communication
Messages and reviews must be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, or threats.
Payments
Only pay through channels agreed with the business. Digital Box will never ask you to pay staff or admins directly.
Reporting
If a business misleads you or fails to deliver, report the listing so we can review it.
