Acceptance

By using Digital Box you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login details private. One person, one account.

Acceptable use

You may not use Digital Box for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, hate speech, spam, impersonation, or any content that infringes another person's rights.

Content ownership

You keep ownership of the content you upload. By posting it you grant Digital Box a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote it within the platform.

Platform role

Digital Box is a marketplace and discovery platform. We are not a party to the transactions or services provided by businesses on the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the community guidelines. You may close your account at any time from Account settings.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect.
