Refund Policy
How refunds work for digital products and services.
Digital products
Digital purchases (music, e-books, files) are generally non-refundable once delivered, because the file cannot be returned. Refunds may be issued if a file is corrupt, misrepresented, or fails to download.
Service bookings
Refunds for services booked through business profiles are handled directly between the customer and the business. Digital Box may mediate disputes but is not the merchant of record for those services.
How to request
Open a support request within 7 days of purchase with the order reference and reason. We review each case and respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — most issues can be resolved without a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
