Content Upload Policy

Standards for videos and media on business profiles.

Original work

Only upload content you filmed or created, or have permission to use. Watermarked stock, ripped clips, and copied videos will be removed.

Videos should be clear, well-lit where possible, and show the actual work or service being offered.

Vertical (9:16) preferred. Under 60 seconds performs best in the feed. Common formats supported (MP4, MOV, WebM).

Nudity, violence, hate content, misleading before/after, medical claims, and anything illegal in your jurisdiction.

Every video is reviewed by our team before it appears in the public feed. Approvals usually take under 24 hours.

Videos may be removed at any time if they later break these standards or are widely reported.
