Verification
Businesses must submit accurate registration and identity documents. Verified badges are earned, not automatic.
Content quality
Videos and products must reflect real work. No misleading before/after, stock content passed off as your own, or copied listings.
Customer service
Respond to leads and messages within 48 hours. Sustained non-response can affect your ranking and verification.
Payouts
Digital product earnings are held for 7 days after purchase to allow for disputes, then made available for withdrawal.
Fees
20% platform commission on digital product sales. Service bookings and calls from your profile are free.
Enforcement
Violations may result in listing removal, delisting, or account suspension. Repeat or serious violations result in permanent removal.
